Course Registration
Register by completing the form below. Your data will be held in confidence and used only to process your registration. We will acknowledge your registration within 12 – 24 hours.
We will send you an Information Form for you to complete. This form includes questions regarding what you want to accomplish through your participation in the Main Street Leadership Collaborative™ Course. Payment may be made by check or credit/debit card (through PayPal). Tuition payments may be made as follows: $450 If registered by 04/18/19 — $375 (17% savings if registered by 04/01/19) — $100 deposit to “reserve your seat in the course”. Full payment must be made by April 18, 2019 for you to attend the course.
This Information Form must be completed and payment made within 7 days for your registration to be complete.
